Here's what you make:

5% of Operating Revenue on every load

Paid on your commission check, the month after quarter closes

Lifetime cap per customer at $10,0000

Example of a successful referral

You refer a customer needing a truck from Charleston, SC to Detroit, MI

Ryder Freight Brokerage secures budget of $1100 from the customer and then secures a carrier for $920

Ryder make a profit of $180 on the load

You then make a $9 commission on this load

This referral commission then recurs with every load that customer runs
